There was a dispute between the Tetulia Dhauda and the people of Kumhardih Basti over the funeral at Damodar River Ghat. The family of the deceased was performing the last rites of the dead body, but the women already present on the ghat asked to burn the dead body elsewhere. There was a debate on both sides about this, after which there was a fight. At that time the matter somehow calmed down.

After this, on Saturday, the people of Kumhardih Basti suddenly reached Tetulia Dhauda village and attacked the people there. Fierce sticks and sticks took place between the two sides and there was stone pelting. More than half a dozen people were injured in this incident, while many houses were also damaged. Due to the clash, there was an atmosphere of chaos in the area.

Baghmara SDPO Purushottam Kumar Singh said that there was a fight between two parties. In this case, both sides have reached a compromise. None of both sides have made any complaint. At the same time, the family of the deceased said that we had reached Damodar Ghat to cremate the dead body on Friday, when some people came and asked to burn the body elsewhere.
