Sunita Williams was making sharp chutney in space, then an accident happened … Gravity -Prashinar and Science’s ‘Spicy’ accident – Sunita Williams 2007 Story in International Space Station Wasabi Tube Burst Spicy Condenses Micro Gravity NTCPPL

Sunita Williams is going to step back on the earth after spending about 9 months in the mystery and depths of space. SpaceX’s spacecraft, which went to bring back Indian -origin astronaut Sunita and her comrades, will land in the sea tomorrow (Wednesday). This will be a thrilling moment of human experiments with science.

The expansion of space and the complications of the International Space Station are not new to Sunita Williams. Sunita Williams has traveled to space thrice and has spent more than 600 days in space.

But his first mission (2006-2007) was very special. Then Sunita went to space for the first time. During this time, Sunita, who was caught in the circle of micro gravity (microscopic gurushan), weightlessness (weightlessness) and pressure (pressure), was forgetting a ‘spicy’ and an interesting accident happened.

Passengers going on space mission have to go through a long session of training. Health, hygiene and food and drink are a big essential part of their training. But there are many things that cannot be trained. Like- making sharp sauce in space. The tongue taste can seem strange between the experiments of science, but who is controlled when tasting the test. That too when someone’s routes belong to India. Where people are crazy about spices.

Taste for tasting Vasabi and then …

During his first mission, Sunita has been summoned to taste Vasabi at the International Space Station. Significantly, Sunita, whose father is good fond of food and drink born in India.

In order to fulfill his sharp taste hobby, the Re-Slai Mission sent Sunita a tube of Vasabi.

Please tell that Vasabi is a spicy, green masala used in Japanese cuisine. This Vasabia is made from the root of a plant called Japonica, which grows in water areas. Its taste is very sharp and tingling to the nose, which is similar to mustard or chili. It is often served with Sushi or Sashimi.

Sunita was trying to make Sushi mile with packed salmon fish, when she pressed the tube to extract a small amount of Vasabi. So under a little pressure, this spicy pungent thing came out. What happened after this was even more surprising. In the normal situation, the Vasabi coming out of the tube should have been deposited in the pot.

‘Spicy’ accident of gravity and science

But here the micro gravity and pressure science of the space showed amazing and spread throughout the area of Vasabi International Space Station. Actually, by opening the tube, Vasabi started flying all around and a strange floating Wasabi started appearing all around.

Explain that due to gravity on earth, things fall down, but in space, Vasabi will come out in the form of small particles or bullets and will start floating all around. The gravity in space is extremely low, so the fluid or paste (such as Vasabi) does not fall down, but the surface floats due to the flow of the station and the wind.

There may be a mild pressure of air or gas in the tube, which pushes out Vasabi as soon as it opens, especially if it is opened incorrectly. Due to this, Vasabi can spill out rapidly, such as a small fountain and then it will disintegrate in the air.

These particles can go into the eyes, nose or equipment of astronauts, which can cause irritation or technical problems.

This was what happened to Sunita that day. According to the American website NBC News, Sunita told this entire incident to her mother from space. The conversation was arranged by Boston Radio Station WBZ.

Sunita then told her mother, “We cleaned the smell of Vasabi with great difficulty, it had spread all around. We were upset.

Then Sunita Williams said that I do not think we will use it now. it’s very dangerous.

Kadhi pakoda in Sunita’s lunch box, pea cheese

Let us know that people visiting space are allowed to carry favorite dishes in their bonus container. So that they can enjoy their favorite food in the lonely moments of space. According to NBC News, during this time, Sunita’s lunch box contains Punjabi Kadhi with dumplings – curd and vegetable pakoras with curd and pea cheese. These recipes are packed to keep in space for a long time.

Significantly, fresh fruits and vegetables in space are rare, and ground foods like bread are impractical because they leave pieces, which fly everywhere instead of sitting on the floor in subtle gravity, and cleaning them is a difficult task.
