Far from the hair, people started getting so irritated in the eyes that they had to be hospitalized.

If you are reminding you of any old news of Meerut, then it is not just a coincidence. A similar case came to light some time ago in Meerut, where a crowd gathered to apply baldness. Now the same incident has been seen in Sangrur.

This camp was set up at the Kali Devi temple of Sangrur, in which hundreds of people arrived. The camp was campaigned with tremendous publicity on social media, claiming that this miraculous medicine will stop hair fall and new hair would grow. But as soon as this medicine was applied on the head, burning sensation in people’s eyes started. On seeing this, the situation deteriorated so much that more than 65 people reached the hospital, and some also had to be treated in private clinics.

Now the police has started investigation in this matter. An FIR has been lodged against Dr. Amandeep Singh and Tajinder Pal at Sangrur police station. After the case was registered, the police has accelerated the investigation and the administration has also prepared to clamp down on the camps.

Civil hospital doctors say that so far more than 65 people have brought problems of eye irritation and swelling. The condition of some of these is said to be critical. Civil surgeon Sanjay Camera said that medical examination is being done in this case and strict action will be taken against the culprits.
