Prepaid Tariff Hike in 2023: The new year is going to be expensive for mobile users, it is being said that prepaid plans are expected to be expensive by the middle of 2023 i.e. June or July.
Mobile Prepaid Tariff Hike: Every year telecom companies are increasing the prices of their prepaid tariffs and according to the information revealed some time ago, this trend will continue for the next few years. That is, for the next few years, users may have to bear the brunt of inflation every year. 5G services have been started for users in India, to reduce the cost involved in starting 5G service i.e. purchase of spectrum etc. Prepaid Plans Can get expensive.
It is being said that not only prepaid but this time also the prices of postpaid plans can be increased. Analysts at IIFL Securities said in a note, “It is believed that 4G prepaid tariff hike may be seen by mid-2023 due to increase in cost due to large 5G investment and addition of 5G equipment to towers.”
