You can now delete the last 15 minutes of Google searches In the Android app

Google has finally added the ability to delete the last 15 minutes of search history in its Android app.

To check if the feature is already available to you, open the Google app for Android, tap your profile picture, and look for the “Delete last 15 minutes” option.

Google first announced the feature in May, and it made its way to the Google iOS app in July. At the time, the company said that an Android version of the app would arrive later in 2021, but for some reason, Google was delayed. It is not yet clear if the company plans to add this feature to desktops.

Google also offers automatic deletion of search history for a period of three, 18 or 36 months.
