Congress has announced its third guarantee regarding Delhi Assembly elections. Congress has named this guarantee as ‘Yuva Udaan Yojana’, under which unemployed educated young men and women will be given Rs 8,500 every month for one year apprenticeship. This guarantee of Congress has been announced by former Deputy CM of Rajasthan and veteran Congress leader Sachin Pilot.

Earlier, Congress had announced Samman Rashi for women, in which after the formation of the government, it had announced to give Rs 2500 every month to women under the Pyari Didi scheme. This scheme was announced by Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar last week.
