The EV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.23 seconds. Its top speed is 253 km/h. The use of segmented magnetic steel improves motor efficiency, which extends the CLTC range by an additional 4 kilometers.
Safety and Dimensions
Built on the Modena platform, the YU7’s body uses a steel-aluminum hybrid structure with ultra-high-strength steel rated at 2200 MPa. This steel was developed after over 24 million simulation tests and 4,000 real-world tests.
Key safety features include:
-
659 mm front crumple zone
-
1500 MPa underbody crossbeam
-
Bulletproof battery coating (10x stronger than PVC)
It has passed over 50 C-NCAP and C-IASI crash tests, including rear impact tests at up to 90 km/h.
In terms of dimensions:
-
Length: 4999 mm
-
Width: 1996 mm
-
Height: 1600 mm
-
Wheelbase: 3000 mm
The design ratios — 3:1 wheel-to-body, 2.1:1 wheel-to-height, and 1.25:1 width-to-height — give it a sleek and sporty appearance.
