Work is going on on the Xiaomi 13 series and may be launched by the end of this year. While we wait for an official confirmation, an IMEI database listing confirms the existence of a new 13 series smartphone called Xiaomi 13 Lite. The handset is rumored to be a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Civi 2, which debuted in China last month, which is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor.

The Xiaomi Civi is a women-centric smartphone series exclusive to Mainland China. The latest Civi 2 comes with a 120Hz curved AMOLED display that produces a full HD+ resolution. In the top center of the display, there is a pill-sized cutout in the display for the selfie cameras.

It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Its biggest feature is its front camera system. The device has dual 32-megapixel sensors at the front. While at the rear, there is a triple camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, 20MP Sony IMX376K ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro unit. It packs a 4,500mAh battery and supports 67W fast-wired charging.
