Specifications of Xiaomi 14T Pro have been leaked. The Xiaomi 13T series does not match the Xiaomi 12T series in some respects. People missed the vibrant screen and fast charging support in the 12T series. According to some people, the camera alone was better. But now, with the Xiaomi 14T series the company is preparing something new and it looks like the big launch is expected in August and September.
GSMChina has provided some specific information. Xiaomi 14T Pro has made an appearance on the IMEI database with model number “2407FPN8EG” for the global version and “2407FPN8ER” for the Japanese version. This means that this smartphone is ready to be launched in many regions including Japan. There is also a separate model number for the Chinese version, “2407FRK8EC” which is linked to the Redmi K70 Ultra. While there may be some differences in features, both models are likely to be largely similar.
Xiaomi 14T Pro is codenamed “rothko” and the special thing is that Redmi K70 Ultra also has the codename. Xiaomi often gives inspired codenames to its Redmi K series and this time it’s Mark Rothko, an American painter known for his “color field paintings” or “late pictorial abstraction.”
However, we do not know all the information about Xiaomi 14T Pro yet. It will have a powerful MediaTek processor which will largely be the Dimensity 9300 SoC. Some improvements are expected in the camera and other features. The Redmi K70 Ultra is expected to be officially unveiled in August and the 14T series may be announced soon after.
