World premiere: Redmi Note 12T will be the first to receive the new Qualcomm Snapdragon platform

Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing announced the imminent announcement of the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 series single-chip system, codenamed SM7475, and also confirmed that it will debut in the Redmi Note 12T series.

According to Mydrivers, the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7-series platform is based on TSMC’s 4nm process. It will receive a three-cluster architecture and will include 1 super-core, 3 large cores and 4 small cores.

The frequency of the processor cores will be 2.95 GHz, 2.5 GHz and 1.79 GHz respectively, the GPU will be Adreno 725, which will operate at a frequency of 580 MHz.

Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon platform has an AnTuTu score of over 1 million, comparable to MediaTek Dimensity 9000 and far superior to MediaTek Dimensity 8200.

The presentation of Redmi Note 12T is expected in March this year.
