The authors noted that NATO is increasing its military presence in Europe by deploying tanks there. But this may turn out to be useless in the event of a war. The fact is that many old and unreliable bridges have been built on the territory of Eastern Europe. They simply cannot bear the weight of NATO tanks. These combat vehicles weigh about 60 tons.
