Internet Explorer is on its last legs, so Microsoft reminded all recent users of the browser to switch to Edge.
Web browser support will end on June 15, 2022. Microsoft originally planned to bury Internet Explorer last summer. It is noted that the browser is still used by millions of Internet users around the world.
Microsoft, trying to convince them, posted a reminder on its official website. The company pointed out that many websites no longer support the famous browser, which could degrade the experience.
Microsoft has clarified that the Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) desktop app will stop working on June 15, 2022 for certain versions of Windows 10. Users will be redirected to Microsoft Edge. But IE compatibility mode will be supported until at least 2029.
