WhatsApp voice messages are very popular because, unlike Facebook Messenger, you are not limited in time and you can also see when they were listened to. You can even change the playback speed.
Now the developers of WhatsApp have added an interesting feature – the ability to listen to a voice message before sending it. To do this, you need to, as usual, press and hold the microphone icon to record a voice message, and then slide up to enter the hands-free recording mode. When you’re done, hit the center stop button and hit the play button to listen to your message. If everything suits you, click the submit button.
Interestingly, two of Meta’s other messaging apps – Facebook Messenger and Instagram – don’t let you do something like this, at least not yet.
As usual with new features, it can take a few days for the update to arrive on your device.
