WhatsApp said that even when connected to a proxy network, users need not worry about privacy and security. They will continue to have the same privacy and security as before. Their messages will be end-to-end encrypted.
According to the company, no one will be able to see users’ messages during this time. Neither on proxy networks, nor Meta or WhatsApp itself. WhatsApp wrote in a blog post, ‘May the internet never shut down, our best wishes for this year 2023.’

The company says that if you have internet access, you can find reliable proxy sources on social media or search engines. To stay connected to the proxy network, you need to go to the WhatsApp settings. Here you will find storage and data options. You have to click on Proxy option. Now you have to click on the option of Use Proxy and enter the proxy address and save.
This way you can use this network later. If the connection is successful, you will see a checkmark. If for some reason you still can’t send messages after adding a proxy connection, it’s likely to be blocked. In that case, you need to use another proxy network.
