For example, these face accounts may ask you for your bank card details to avoid termination of your WhatsApp account, and also ask you for a 6 digit PIN number to access your account.

First of all, you have to keep this thing in your mind that WhatsApp never asks for your bank account or 6 digit PIN number or any personal information from you. If anyone asks you for such information, then you should understand that someone is trying to steal your personal information using a fake account. You should be aware that the verified badge on the original WhatsApp support account is placed next to the account name and not the profile picture.
If you ever get a message from a fake WhatsApp support account, you should immediately report it by going to the chat info section. The last five messages in your chat will be sent to the WhatsApp team for verification and further action.
