The VTB Bank team reported interesting news. In November, VTB began issuing mortgages entirely in digital format.
As the press service explains, borrowers will be able to get a loan by issuing an electronic signature certificate in the Goskey application and signing documents remotely. The technological partner of the project is the Square Meter real estate ecosystem.
To apply for a housing loan completely remotely, a VTB borrower needs to get approval for a mortgage application and independently issue an enhanced qualified electronic signature (ECES) certificate in the Goskey application. To do this, you will need a smartphone with an NFC module and a new passport with a chip that allows you to confirm the user’s identity.
On the day of the transaction, using an electronic signature, the client will be able to remotely sign loan documents, a sales contract, an application for registration of the right to the acquired object. The registration of the transaction in Rosreestr also takes place remotely, without reference to the mortgage center of the bank or the MFC. Until the end of November, the service will become available in all regions where VTB operates.
