CyberX9 Key Report As per reports, Vi’s multiple vulnerabilities have revealed call records, SMS details, Internet usage details, location details, full names, phone numbers, residential addresses, alternate contact numbers, bill details, etc. of 301 million customers. It is claimed that this data also includes the records of 20 million customers who subscribed to Vi postpaid service. The allegedly exposed call data records include personal details such as phone numbers of Vi customers and alternate contact numbers, residential addresses and details of family members.

CyberX9 said that it will permanently harm the privacy and security of millions of Vodafone Idea customers. The company accused Vodafone Idea of ​​exposing sensitive data of customers for the past two years, saying that the leaked data has already been stolen by hackers.

Vodafone Idea has denied the claim. Gadgets360 contacted the company for a comment on the issue. On their part, there is no data breach alleged in the report. The report is false and malicious.
