Vivo has introduced its latest foldable handset, named Vivo X Fold 5. The phone has just been launched in China. It features two displays and comes in a book-style foldable design. This foldable phone from Vivo will also support Apple devices.
The handset has a 6.53-inch cover display, along with an 8.03-inch inner flexible panel. Both displays use 8T LTPO panels, which offer peak brightness of 4,500 nits.

The Vivo X Fold 5 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It comes with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. The handset runs on Android 15-based OriginOS 5.

The phone has a triple rear camera setup with Zeiss branding. It features a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. There is a 20MP front camera on both the inner and outer screens.

Vivo has confirmed that the X Fold 5 will support the Apple ecosystem, including iPhone, AirPods, MacBook, Apple Watch, and iCloud. Users will be able to connect the handset to these Apple products and use them together.
