Vida Electric Scooter’s first experience center open, know what are its special features

Hero MotoCorp has opened its first experience center in Bengaluru for its electric two-wheeler brand Vida.

Along with this, the test drive of Vida V1 electric scooter has also started. Vida’s next plan is to open Experience Center in Jaipur and then in Delhi. The deliveries of the V1 scooter to the customers are expected to start from the second week of December.

The new Experience Center will give customers a completely different experience. Located on Vittal Mallya Road in Bengaluru city, the customers visiting the center will get a chance to introduce themselves to the brand, experience the product and learn more about the Vida ecosystem. The new VIDA Experience Center spread over 8500 sq ft, comprises of VIDA V1 scooters, charging stations for customers, an interactive wall reflecting the brand vision and product configuration. The center also has an in-house coffee bar and library. Hero says that apart from being a brand and product zone, the center will also be used to host events, brand meets and cohorts.

The company is looking to open more such experience centers across India and the next one will be opened in Jaipur followed by Delhi. Customer deliveries of the Vida V1 electric scooter will begin from the second week of December 2022. The electric scooter is offered in two variants – V1 Plus and V1 Pro, priced at Rs 1.45 lakh and Rs 1.59 lakh, ex-showroom).

The scooter can accelerate from 0-40 kmph in 3.2 seconds, offering a top speed of 80 kmph and an Indian Driving Conditions (IDC) range of up to 163 km.

“Through this, we want to generate curiosity among people so that more people join us,” Hero MotoCorp’s Head of Emerging Mobility Business Unit said in a statement. Through this experience center, people will get to know about Vida’s EV ecosystem without any worries.
