Users upset due to slow network in new iPhone 14 Pro, told – 5G speed is not coming right

Highlights

Users are complaining about network problem in iPhone 14 Pro.
Users have been seeing only 1-2 signal bars in iPhone 14 Pro.
The iPhone 14 Series includes the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Apple launched the Apple Watch 8, AirPods Pro 2 earbuds as well as the iPhone 14 series at its Far Out event earlier this month. There are 4 models in the iPhone 14 series, which include the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Out of this, users are complaining about one of the iPhone 14 Pro. Users using the Verizon network in the US say they are experiencing very slow and unreliable 5G cellular connections. Along with this, users have also complained that calls are dropping very frequently on this phone.

One Reddit user wrote, ‘I think there is a problem with the new iPhone. My iPhone 14 Pro at home shows 1-2 signal bars, while my brother’s iPhone 13 has 4 full signal bars. Apart from this, the 5G speed is faster on his iPhone 13. It is better that this is a problem of iOS update and not iPhone’.

At the same time, another user wrote that his iPhone 14 Pro has slow 5G speed on the Verizon network. It has also been told that there is also a problem of call drops, especially when the network is switched to 5G.

Telecom network may be a problem
It is believed that this problem is on the Verizon 5G network. A member Chris44344 writes, ‘I’m in Georgia, and my iPhone 14 Pro Max’s data speed is much faster than the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The Verizon data network wasn’t right for me, and I found T-Mobile to be faster.’

According to the report, Apple or Verizon has not said anything about the connectivity issue yet, and users will have to wait for it.

There was a problem with the camera shake of Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro, for which the company has issued an iOS update. Apple is rolling out the iOS 16.0.2 update to fix camera issues on its iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This problem is being found through third-party apps such as Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
