So, the undisputed leader of Google Chrome in just a few months, faced a fall. If in the summer the browser accounted for 65.27% of the total online activity, now this number is at 64.04%.
At the same time, Microsoft Edge, on the other hand, is boasting rapid growth. Thanks to this, for the first time, the Redmond app has managed to overcome the milestone of 4% of total activity and become the third most popular browser on the planet, behind Safari and Chrome.
Let’s remind that the growth of Edge popularity began from the moment the browser “moved” to the Chromium rails. Also, Microsoft’s withdrawal from support for Edge Legacy along with Internet Explorer played a role.
