UPPSC Exam 2023: PCS-J preliminary examination held in five cities of UP, so many candidates appeared

UPPSC Exam 2023: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission organized the PCS-J preliminary examination in five cities of the state. The exam was conducted peacefully. The answer key of the exam will come soon.

Prayagraj. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) organized the preliminary examination of PCS-J 2022 today. The exam was conducted at 171 centers in five cities of UP – Agra, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Meerut and Prayagraj. A total of 100336 candidates appeared in the preliminary examination of PCS-J 2022. In this, 50278 candidates of morning shift and 50058 candidates of second shift are included. According to the notification released by UPPSC, the attendance of the candidates in the morning shift was 63.191 per cent and in the second shift it was 62.91 per cent.

As per the notification, out of 79565 candidates registered for the first shift, 50278 appeared for the exam. And in the second shift, 50058 candidates took the exam. The PCS-J exam was conducted from 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM.

Recruitment will be done on 303 vacant posts

Through PCS-J exam, 303 vacant posts will be recruited. Those who pass this exam will give PCS-J main exam on 23 September 2023. After this the interview and then the final result will be declared.
