New Bajaj Pulsar Sports Bike: Two wheeler manufacturer Bajaj Auto has launched an updated version of its sports bike Pulsar 220F in India. The company has kept its ex-showroom price of Rs 1.40 lakh, which is Rs 3,000 more than the price of its old model. The bike will compete with other similar bikes in the domestic market like the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V. We are going to give details about what changes have been made in this bike.
The sale of this bike was stopped last year.
Last year in April-2022, Bajaj had discontinued this bike. But due to its demand, the company made some changes in it and re-entered the bike in the domestic market. The company has just launched this bike in a single variant. Along with this, the dispatching of this bike has also started. So that it can be made available at the dealerships of the company present in the country as soon as possible.
Bajaj Pulsar 220F Engine & Power
The company has maintained the bike with its old looks, which includes clip-on handlebars, split seat and two-piece grab rail at the rear. Talking about its engine, it gets a 220cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that produces maximum power of 20bhp and highest torque of 18.5 Nm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Apart from this, the engine of this bike has been updated as per the new BS6 Phase-2 RDE norms. The bike is also capable of running on E-20 petrol.
Bajaj Pulsar 220F Features
Talking about the features of this bike, its instrument cluster has a semi-digital instrument console with analog dials, fuel level indicator, speedometer and a digital screen. It gets telescopic front forks and dual gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear. At the same time, front and rear disc brakes have been provided with single-channel ABS for better handling of the bike. 17-inch alloys have been used in the bike.
