Fronx SUV There will be a choice of two engines. One of these will be a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol Boosterjet engine. It will generate power of 100hp. The second will be a 1.2 liter 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engine. It will generate 90hp power and 113Nm peak torque.
The turbo engine will be mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox. While the naturally aspirated engine will get the option of 5-speed manual and 5-speed automatic gearbox.
MG Comet EV
This MG electric car will be like the Wuling Air EV, which is already present in the global market. The length of this small car will be only 2.9 meters. Talking about the design, it will get 3-door, 4-seats. Accordingly, it could be the smallest four-wheeler in India.
A battery pack of 20-25kWh can be given in this mini electric car. Once it is fully charged, it can get a range of up to 300 kilometers. Its price can be around Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom).
Citroën Aircross SUV
Citroën will soon launch a new SUV, which will compete with cars like Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Highrider. It will be built on the lines of the company’s existing hatchback Citroen C3. However, its wheelbase and length will be longer.
New Mahindra Thar
Mahindra is working on a new base model of its off-roader SUV. The new variant of Thar can be launched under the name AX AC. It will be cheaper than the current models of Thar. However, due to the low price, some features will be less in it. The new Thar will have the option of both petrol and diesel engines. One of these will be a 2.2 liter diesel and the other a 2.0 liter petrol engine.
