UP : The Uttar Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is going to build 6 more new expressways in the state. It was presented by the UP Expressway Industrial Development Authority in front of Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Nandi during the Paryatan Bhavan meeting.
According to media reports, after this Uttar Pradesh will become the first state in India to build the maximum number of expressways. The construction work of 6 expressways has been completed and work is going on on 7 and including 6 there will be a total of 19 expressways.
It has been informed by Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Nandi that 110 km Prayagraj to Varanasi Expressway, 110 km from Chitrakoot to Prayagraj, 110 km from Meerut to Haridwar Expressway, 110 km from Ganga Expressway via Shahjahanpur Bareilly to Rampur Rudrapur Uttarakhand border, Vindhya Expressway from Chitrakoot to Mirzapur And Jhansi link NH-27 to Bundelkhand will be constructed.
In the first phase, under the Ganga Expressway project, the work of construction of Green Field Expressway till Meerut-Prayagraj has been approved.
All the famous religious places of Uttar Pradesh will be connected very fast. These famous religious places include Haridwar, Prayagraj and Varanasi etc. Same, if we talk about the second phase, then there is a proposal of Green Field Expressway from Meerut to Haridwar and from Prayagraj to Varanasi.
It has been said on behalf of the Industrial Development Minister that the neighboring districts will also get the benefit of the Ganga Expressway. In order to increase the expressway, there is a proposal to construct an expressway on Ganga Expressway via Shahjahanpur Bareilly in Rampur, Rudrapur Uttarakhand border.
The construction work of Bundelkhand Expressway between Chitrakoot to Agra Lucknow Expressway. This work has been done, if Chitrakoot Dham is connected to the Ganga Expressway via Prayagraj, then people coming from Western Uttar Pradesh and Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Budelkhand will be greatly facilitated.
The same, if we talk about the expressways that have been built, then Yamuna Expressway 165 km, Agra-Lucknow Expressway 302 km, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway 25 km, Bundelkhand Expressway 296 km, Delhi-Meerut Expressway 96 km, Purvanchal Expressway 341 kilometers are included.
With this, if we talk about the expressway under construction, then Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway 380 km, Ghazipur-Ballia-Manjhighat Expressway 117 km, Gorakhpur Link Expressway 91 km, Delhi-Saharanpur-Dehradun Expressway 210 km, Ganga Expressway 594 km. , Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway 63 km, Gorakhpur-Siliguri Expressway 519 km.
