The UP Board, which is going to use OMR sheets for the first time in the proposed high school examination from February 16, has also taken care of the convenience of the students.The Board has pre-printed the roll numbers and subjects of the candidates on the OMR sheet, so that there is no possibility of mistake while filling the sheet during the examination.Regarding OMR, Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla has issued detailed instructions to all district school inspectors on January 25.According to the instructions, if any mistake is made in filling the OMR during the examination, then do not try to rectify it by cutting, erasing or applying whitener etc.By canceling such sheet, an additional OMR sheet of orange color will be given to the candidates, in which he will have to fill roll number, subject and other important information.
Particulars
– The circles in the main part of the OMR have to be filled in with BLUE/BLACK BALL POINT PEN.
It will be the responsibility of the room invigilator to match the OMR filled by the candidates.
Instructions must be read before filling the OMR sheet.
Counter foil will remain to prevent
rigging Board has arranged counter foil to prevent rigging of OMR.OMR is printed in two parts.Above is the main part and below is the counter foil.After the examination, the room invigilator will separate the top and bottom part of the OMR and seal it in separate envelopes and submit it.
