UGC NET JRF 2023 Registration Last Date: The process to apply for UGC NET is ending today. Interested and eligible candidates should ensure their application registration today itself.

UGC NET JRF 2023 Dec Registration: Today is the last chance to apply for the December 2022 session of the National Eligibility Test of the University Grants Commission (UGC). Candidates who have not applied yet should apply today itself by visiting the official website of the Commission. UGC NET application process is on at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The application registration link will remain active till January 17, 2023 only. UGC NET exams will be conducted from February 21, 2023. Interested and eligible candidates should make sure to register their applications as soon as possible to avoid last minute rush.

UGC NET Application Correction Window

Applications can be made for the UGC NET exam today i.e. 17 January 2023 till 5 pm. Candidates can make corrections in the application form till 19 and 20 January 2023. The city of the exam center will be released in the first week of February 2023. Admit cards can be downloaded from the official website of NTA from the second week of February 2023.

UGC NET Application Fee

General i.e. unreserved category and OBC candidates applying for UGC NET will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1100. Whereas EWS, OBC-NCL candidates will have to pay Rs 550. SC, ST, PWD and third gender category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 275.

UGC NET JRF 2023: Process to fill the application form

Candidates should visit the official website of UGC NET at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
On the home page, candidates should click on the link Apply for UGC NET 2023.
Then the candidates have to fill the required details to register themselves.
They should fill the application form and upload the required documents.
Candidates should pay the application fee and cross-check the details before submitting.
Submit the form and take a print out of it for future reference.

UGC NET JRF Exam: Exam will run till March 10

UGC conducts UGC NET twice a year to determine the eligibility of Indian citizens for ‘Assistant Professor’ and ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ in Indian Universities and Colleges. The responsibility of conducting the examination is with the National Testing Agency ie NTA. UGC NET December 2022 session exam will start from February 21, 2023 and will continue till March 10, 2023. The exam will be of three hours duration and the exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 09 to 12 in the morning and the second shift will be from 03 to 06 in the afternoon. This exam will be computer based.
