Twitter Blue: After rolling out Twitter Blue earlier this month, the microblogging platform has added a few features to improve the user experience. One of those features is Twitter Blue, which allows users to upload longer videos to the site.
“Share more content with your friends and followers. Twitter Blue subscribers can upload up to 60 minutes of video at up to 2GB file size (1080p) (web only). Prior to the update, subscribers were limited to 1080p resolution,” TechCrunch reported. But only videos of 512 MB size and 10 minutes length could be uploaded.
Here’s how Twitter blue subscribers can upload long videos to the platform:
step 1. Log in to www.twitter.com and click the compose box, or click the Tweet button.
Step 2. Click on the Gallery button.
Step 3. Choose a video file saved on your device and click on Open. Users will be prompted if the video is not of the correct size.
Step 4. Note that the video must be less than 60 minutes with a 2GB file size.
Step 5. Complete your message and click Tweet to share your Tweet and video.
twitter view count feature
Last week, Twitter also rolled out the view count feature. “Twitter is rolling out view count, so you can see how many times a tweet has been viewed! That’s normal for videos. As more than 90% of Twitter users read, but Elon Musk tweeted a I said, ‘Don’t tweet, reply or like, because these are actions.
According to Twitter’s FAQ page, not every Tweet will show a view count, including Community Tweets, Twitter Circle Tweets, and “old” Tweets because data is not available for these Tweets.
