What’s new in Jupiter Classic?
TVS’s new Jupiter Classic scooter has been introduced in a refreshed look. The design of the scooter is the same but with some minor changes in it, it has been made attractive. Talking about the updates, the fenders of the scooter include black garnish, 3D logo and a newly designed rear view mirror. Apart from this, the transparent visor in black tint above the headlight and the corners of the handle bars gets a black finish. The 5 millionth anniversary logo has also been given on the front apron of the scooter.
Also, the new brown color on the diamond cut alloy wheels gives it a more classic look. At the same time, brown leatherette seat and brown foot board are making it more attractive. Back rest has been given for the rear rider.
The company is offering the new Jupiter in two new colors – Mystic Gray and Regal Purple. Talking about the features, it will get USB charging, engine kill switch, side stand indicator, all-in one lock, analog instrument cluster and big storage space.
The new Jupiter Classic continues to feature LED headlamps, electric starter, low-fuel indicator, front utility box, 21-litre of storage space and external fuel cap. Talking about braking, the Jupiter has been given disc brakes at the front and rear. Both the wheels of the scooter are tubeless. The scooter gets telescopic forks at the front and gas charged shock absorbers at the rear which come with 3 step adjustments.
The new TVS Jupiter uses the same engine as the regular variant, so all its power figures remain the same. The scooter is powered by a 109.7cc single cylinder, fuel injected engine that generates maximum power of 7.47bhp and peak torque of 8.4Nm.
TVS last week introduced the Ntorq 125 Race Edition in India in a new Marine Blue colour. The all-new TVS Ntorq 125 Race Edition comes with an attractive marine blue color checkered flag and race-inspired graphics that gives the scooter a distinct style statement. The unique three tone combination of Black, Metallic Black and Metallic Blue makes the rider feel completely different from the rest of the scooters.
TVS has also updated its Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180 bikes. Their price has been kept at Rs 1.18 lakh and Rs 1.31 lakh respectively. Prices are as per ex-showroom. The company has increased the power of the engine by 1 bhp with minor changes in the design of the bike. The bike is available for booking across all authorized TVS dealerships.
