TVS iQube 3.1 kWh Variant Launched in India: Over 120 km Range, Hill Hold Feature at ₹1.03 Lakh

TVS Motor Launches New Variant of iQube Electric Scooter – Check Price, Features, and Range

TVS Motor, one of India’s leading automobile companies, has launched a new 3.1 kWh variant of its popular electric scooter, iQube. With this addition, the company now offers a total of six models in the iQube series. The electric two-wheeler market in India has seen significant growth in recent years, and rising competition has prompted manufacturers to introduce new and upgraded models.

According to TVS Motor, the new iQube variant is designed for urban commuting. It comes with an IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) range of over 120 km on a single charge. This variant is also available in attractive dual-tone color combinations, including Pearl White, Titanium Grey, Starlight Blue with Beige, and Copper Bronze with Beige. These shades enhance the scooter’s aesthetics and offer a refreshed look. The ex-showroom price of this new iQube variant is ₹1.03 lakh.

In terms of design, the new variant remains nearly identical to the earlier models. However, it comes with a new and practical feature: hill hold assist, which improves safety and ease of use, especially in hilly terrains or inclines.

TVS has sold over six lakh units of the iQube since its launch, making it a key contributor to the growth of electric scooters in India. In April 2025, the company emerged as the top-seller in the electric two-wheeler market, with 19,736 units sold — ahead of competitors like Ola Electric and Bajaj Auto. TVS Motor has seen consistent growth in this segment over the past few quarters.

Looking ahead, the company aims to expand its electric scooter sales internationally. The TVS Indonesia factory is expected to play a key role in exports to Southeast Asian markets. The iQube is already sold in several ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Brunei. TVS also offers the iQube and X electric scooters in the Indian market.

With the new variant, TVS continues to strengthen its foothold in the EV space, offering urban commuters a reliable, stylish, and efficient electric scooter.
