Bollywood actor Ram Kapoor recently bought a new Ferrari Portofino M supercar. It is expected to cost around Rs 3.5 crore, ex-showroom.
This is not the first sports car for television actor Ram Kapoor of ‘Kasam Se’ and ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’ fame. He already has cars like the Porsche 911 Carrera S, Mercedes-AMG G 63, as well as the BMW X5 in his garage.
The actor can be seen next to his new Ferrari Portofino M sports car. Explain that in this M stands for Modificata. The Portofino M features Cuyo Alcantara interiors. The Ferrari Portofino gets a 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 620 PS of power on the M variant. The engine is mated to an 8-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox.
Ferrari claims that the Portofino M can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.45 seconds. The Ferrari Portofino M gets a slight facelift on the outside as compared to the regular version. The bumper has been redesigned to look more aggressive and sporty.
It is a grand touring sports car with many new as well as interesting features. Ferrari is also offering a full five-position Manetino dial. This is something that is usually seen in more expensive models. The regular Portofino has been replaced by a three-mode version. Apart from this, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) features are also available in the car.
As a luxury brand, Ferrari is one of the most loved cars of celebrities not only in India but internationally. Apart from ballistic performance, this car is known for great speed. Ram Kapoor’s new dashing red Portofino M is sure to attract dozens of people every time he hits the streets of Mumbai.
