Triumph has launched the Elvis Presley Limited Edition of its Bonneville T120 motorcycle. The company has introduced it to markets outside the country. This model pays tribute to rock and roll icon Elvis Presley. The company will sell only 925 units of this model. The connection between Elvis and Triumph dates back to 1965 when he rode a friend’s T120. Elvis was so impressed that he ordered a bike for each member of his gang so they could ride together.

Some styling elements of the new Bonneville T120 also bring back memories of the artist’s ‘Comeback Special’ performance in 1968. The name ‘ELVIS’ and his signature are highlighted in large gold font on its fuel tank. Additionally, there is a ‘Taking Care of Business in a Flash’ emblem on the front fender. The Carnival Red color is inspired by the J Darr Custom Bonneville, which was built for a fundraising ride for the Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation in 2023.

Each unit of this special Bonneville T120 will come with a special Elvis Presley and Triumph Motorcycles record sleeve, which will include a certificate of authenticity. It will have the signatures of Triumph CEO Nick Bloor and ABG Elvis Presley Enterprises founder Jamie Salter. Each unit of this limited-edition Triumph Bonneville T120 will be priced at £14,495 (about Rs 15.32 lakh). The company has also started accepting bookings.

The company has not made any changes to the mechanism of this special edition of the Triumph Bonneville T120. It has a 1,200cc engine, which generates a maximum power of 78.9 bhp @ 6550 rpm and a maximum torque of 105 Nm @ 3500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. It delivers an ARAI-certified mileage of 21 kmpl. Its curb weight is 236 kg, and it has a fuel tank capacity of 14.5 liters. Its seat height is 790 mm.
