Huawei Watch D will be the world’s first smartwatch with a cuff blood pressure monitor and support for ECG recording. The novelty is sure to attract attention and even, perhaps, become a hit, but we already have the opportunity to appreciate how the Watch D looks live and lies on the hand. A video unpacking the new item has been posted on Twitter. The process of measuring blood pressure is also demonstrated.
Alas, the person in the video measures the pressure incorrectly, but how correctly – we already wrote… It is also easy to estimate the size of the watch – the device is not small at all. However, the screen is also large here. The process of recording an ECG is not demonstrated, but this function is definitely available in Watch D. As well as a heart rate sensor and a pulse oximeter.
