Dongfeng is preparing to release a new crossover Aeolus (Fengshen) Haohan, which will be the first to receive the Dongfeng Group DSMA 2.0 platform.
The Ministry of Industry and Informatization of the People’s Republic of China has published photos and specifications of the new car, which is compared with the Kia Sportage.
The length of the new Dongfeng crossover is 4650 mm with a wheelbase of 2775 mm. The same Kia Sportage has a length of 4660 mm and a wheelbase of 2755 mm. The width of the novelty is 1905 mm with a height of 1630 mm, which is 30 mm less than the Sportage. The car can be used with 18, 19 and 20 wheels, the clearance is not indicated.
Dongfeng Group’s DSMA 2.0 platform enables the production of internal combustion engine vehicles, as well as electric and hybrid vehicles. It is known that the ICE version will offer 204 hp. Photos show the original narrow headlights and lanterns, as well as hidden door handles.
