Delhi: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) may introduce its micro SUV Hyundai Casper to compete with affordable and good SUVs like Tata Punch in the Indian market. This SUV with sporty look and latest features has already been introduced in the global market. Now preparations are being made to launch this car in the Indian market. The Casper will compete against small SUVs like the Tata Punch and hatchbacks like the Citroën C3. Casper can be bought for a price of 6 to 7 lakh rupees.
Single slat grille at the front, round shaped headlamps
The look and design of the Hyundai Casper will be 3.59 meters long, 1.59 meters wide and 1.57 meters high. Based on the K One compact car platform, the Casper sub-4 meter compact SUV will be inspired by the Hyundai Venue. The front of the Casper features a single slat grille, round shaped headlamps, LED DRLs and LED rings in the lower bumper. The Casper will get bumpers, silver finish skid plates and wider air dams. The Hyundai Casper gets dual-tone roof tails, multi-spoke alloy wheels and squared wheel arches along with black plastic cladding all around.
