The author gave six recommendations for those who are just starting to use a 3D printer.
- Align the print bed… This will help the printer create a good print base. If there is no automatic alignment sensor, it can be done manually.
- Clear the print bed… This is necessary for the correct operation of the mechanism. Suitable for cleaning, for example, 91% isopropyl alcohol. In addition, after printing each part, you should also wipe the surface with rubbing alcohol and then with a paper towel to keep it clean.
- Use a raft for printing… This will be useful when printing fine details. The raft will help add a solid support base to the print, and the dimensions of that base will also vary depending on the characteristics you want. However, in this case, in the place where the raft touches the model, a rough surface is formed. But for beginners, this is a great option.
