These cars of Maruti Suzuki will be launched in India soon, from Baleno Cross to new Swift; View full list

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Cross

Maruti Suzuki is working on a Baleno based crossover model and this model is likely to be launched early next year. This Baleno Cross has also been seen testing many times. The company is going to make a few changes in its design but most of the parts will be taken from the current model which was brought in a new avatar only earlier this year.

Talking about the change in its design, the Baleno Cross has been given a sloping roof in the rear and a slightly raised bonnet in front. Along with this, Baleno Cross gets more ground clearance. At the same time, its front grille seems bigger and wider than before. The main headlight is placed below, while the LED DRLs are placed above it.

Maruti jimny 5 door

One such model from Maruti Suzuki that has been awaited for a long time is the Jimny. The 5-door version of this model will be showcased at the Auto Expo 2023 but the launch timeline is not yet known. Currently the 3-door version is manufactured in India but it is shipped outside.

The Jimny 5-door version will be styled similar to the 3-door version. This includes five twin-spoke alloy wheel design, large bumper, honeycomb mesh pattern, fog lights on both the sides and spare wheel on the tailgate. At the same time, it can be given a large touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car technology, wireless charging.

New Maruti Swift

Swift is a luxurious hatchback from the company that has been ruling the Indian market for the last 15 years. The last update of Swift in India was brought in 2018 and since then customers have been waiting for a major update. The company has started work on the new model of Swift and it has been seen testing in Europe.

Talking about the new updates, the upcoming Swift will get thinner headlight, new front grille, new bumper with wider and lower air intake, dual tone alloy wheels, new body panels, black colored pillars and spoiler. At the same time, its engine can also get an update and the new Swift can be brought with the 1.2-liter engine.

Maruti Suzuki’s market share in India has come down drastically in the last few years and this is largely due to the company not entering new segments. But now Maruti has started bringing new models along with updating its existing models.
