There is money. The Russians were waiting for the Black Friday that started today and are ready to spend no less than last year, follows from a new survey by M.Video-Eldorado

The M.Video-Eldorado group found out that 93% of Russian buyers know about the Black Friday sale, and 36% purchased equipment at least once as part of this promotion.

61% of respondents definitely plan to make purchases this year or are considering doing so, while more than 90% of study participants plan to keep spending at the level of last year. The most coveted of technology on Black Friday are smartphones, laptops, wearable devices, household and kitchen goods, which are also in demand as gifts.

According to Russians, the New Year sale (24%) and Black Friday (22%) are the most attractive promotions of the year. 64% of Russians note the importance of a platform for choosing a purchase. According to the study, on Black Friday, 41% of Russians choose trusted stores that provide warranty support, 23% noted that their decision on the place of purchase will depend on the amount, for expensive goods they will choose a clear official platform.

40% of respondents plan to make spontaneous purchases and carefully compare prices. Every third respondent chooses equipment for himself, and about 20% are already planning gifts. Goods for loved ones and home improvement are purchased by almost a third. Men are most attracted to electronics, laptops and TVs, while women are more interested in bargains for kitchen appliances and health and beauty accessories. 28% of Russians are waiting for discounts on already selected products.

32% of respondents are confident that despite the departure of a number of brands from Russia and changes in supply chains, the promotion will be the same as last year. Every tenth believes that the promotion will become more interesting due to the emergence of new brands or an increase in the number of profitable offers.

M.Video and Eldorado launched the largest annual Black Friday sale on November 1, which will be divided into three stages. During the month, buyers are waiting for discounts up to 50%, as well as goods at special prices.
