Toyota Rumion Waiting Period: Toyota launched a rebadged version of Maruti Ertiga in India in August 2023, which has been named Rumion. Since then, this model has remained popular among MPV buyers in the market, due to which a long waiting period is also being given for this car.
How long will you have to wait?
Toyota Rumion has been introduced in three variants i.e. S, G and V in petrol and CNG powertrain. So if you are preparing to buy the gasoline variant of Rumion, then you will have to wait for its delivery for 28-32 weeks from the day of booking. On the other hand, if you are preparing to buy its CNG variant, then it is not possible to do so at present because due to excessive booking, the company has temporarily stopped its new bookings.

Toyota Rumion is equipped with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, this engine motor generates an output of 103bhp/136Nm in petrol mode and 87bhp/121Nm when running in CNG mode. It gets a 5-speed manual transmission as standard, while the option of a 6-speed torque converter automatic unit is also available with petrol only.

Which includes a 1.5-litre petrol (115 PS/144 Nm) mated to a 6-speed manual, a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol (160 PS/253 Nm), mated to a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT. Paired with this is a 1.5-litre diesel (116 PS/250 Nm) available with either an iMT gearbox or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
