After yesterday Jingdong store started selling the first Xiaomi 12S Ultra smartphones, official sales of new items in China began today through all channels.
The base version of the device, equipped with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory, costs $895. The version with 12 RAM and 256 GB of flash memory is priced at $970, while the older version, with 12/512 GB, costs $1040.
The biggest highlight of the Xiaomi Mi 12S Ultra is that it is equipped with a 50MP one-inch IMX989 sensor, co-developed with Sony. The pixel size is 3.2μm, which provides excellent noise reduction capability, large dynamic range and excellent detail. All three rear lenses support 8K video recording.
Xiaomi Mi 12S Ultra is equipped with a 6.73-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels with E5 luminescent material, a total brightness of 1000 cd/m2peak brightness 1500 cd/m2, 522 pixels per inch. It supports intelligent refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz.
Xiaomi Mi 12S Ultra is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 flagship platform and a 4860 mAh battery. The smartphone supports 67W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
