A funny story happened in the Call of Duty: Vanguard community the other day. The streamer with the nickname Kenji was suspected of cheating by his rivals, so he decided to prove that he was not a cheater. And accidentally proved that he is a cheater.
Kenji was caught using banned software while participating in various Call of Duty tournaments. Then the streamer decided to prove otherwise and pointed the webcam to his monitor so that everyone could see the same thing that he sees. And everyone understood that Kenji really uses cheating software – rectangles were visible on the screen, which suggested the position of opponents behind the walls.
Why Kenji decided to prove that he is not a cheater without first disabling such obvious and conspicuous cheats is a big mystery. However, after an investigation, the streamer was banned from Checkmate Gaming, where he has been able to earn almost $4,000 since the end of 2020. In addition, the College CoD League joined the measures, permanently disqualifying Kenji and four of his teammates.
