A major accident was averted with Haryana’s Home and Health Minister Anil Vij. In fact, the minister was traveling on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway on Monday when suddenly the shocker of his car broke down. It is a matter of gratitude that the driver maintained the balance of the car and there was no loss of life or property to anyone.
After the incident, Vij informed about the accident by sharing the picture of the car on social media. He wrote in a post, “Mercedes shocker broke while going to Gurugram from Ambala Cantt. narrowly escaped the accident.”
In which car was the minister traveling?
After this accident, questions have started to arise about the safety of the car. The car in which Haryana minister Anil Vij was traveling was a Mercedes-Benz E-Class E200. This is the car of Mercedes’ upgrade model which was launched in 2021.
The car in which the minister was riding was in brand new condition. So far more than 45,000 models of this car have been sold in India. Its price ranges between Rs 73.66 lakh to Rs 80.76 lakh (ex-showroom).
