The company’s CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal has given information about this on social media. At present, information about the new prices of this electric scooter has not been revealed. But according to industry standards, it is believed that the company can increase the prices by 3 to 5 percent.
Apart from this, Ola Electric is soon going to launch MoveOS 2.0 with an aim to enhance the overall riding experience of the customers. It is being told that MoveOS 2.0 will be made available to users through an OTA update.
It is being told that MoveOS 2.0 will be rolled out for users from the end of April. Talking about some of the new features, it includes features like turn-by-turn navigation, location sharing with the scooter and locating the charging station nearby.
Along with this, talking about other updates received in it, it will include features like a companion app, new Bluetooth-based function and cruise control. Apart from this, the update will also complete bug fixes and performance improvements in this scooter.
It is expected that with this update many problems reported by the users will be resolved. Many advanced features will be provided in the Ola electric scooter in its current form. This includes features like digital-key, ride mode, instrument display and an interactive 7-inch touchscreen for connectivity, reverse mode and regenerative braking.
In terms of safety, the Ola Electric scooter comes with features like Geo Fencing, Time Fence, Side Stand Alert, Tamper Alert, Speed Limit and Mode Restriction. Scooter drivers can remotely connect to their scooters through the app and access a range of features.
