A large car dealer Avilon put up for sale the Aurus sedan at a price of 70.38 million rubles. For such a sum, it is quite possible to buy a decent fleet, but not a single car from this fleet will have such protection as the Aurus: the car is armored in accordance with the VR10 class – this is the highest level of protection for cars.
Such an Aurus is protected from entire bursts fired from a Kalashnikov assault rifle, as well as from a sniper rifle (for example, SVD). Also the car is protected from explosion. Aurus received puncture-resistant tires, a protected fuel tank, an additional battery, and a fire extinguishing system.
Compared to the usual Aurus, this one is much heavier, and its dynamics are much worse, since there are no changes under the hood: the car is equipped with a standard 598 hp hybrid power plant, a nine-speed automatic and an all-wheel drive system.
