According to Autonews of the Day, sales of the new fifth-generation Lexus RX crossover, which is available both in the RX350 petrol version and in the RX500h hybrid version, have begun in Kazakhstan.
The Lexus RX350 received a 2.4-liter 245-horsepower petrol turbo engine that delivers 430 Nm of torque. It is equipped with an eight-speed “automatic” and all-wheel drive system. Buyers are offered six versions, which are distinguished by the quality of finishes, a multimedia system and electronic assistants.
In Kazakhstan, the car is offered at prices ranging from 33.9 million tenge or 5.63 million rubles in the Comfort version to 42.9 million tenge or 7.13 million rubles for the premium version of Luxury. In Russia, as we have already reported, a large batch of Lexus RX appeared, but for about the same money (7 million rubles) they offer to buy the top version of the previous, fourth generation. And fifth-generation crossovers cost significantly more.
Also in Kazakhstan, a hybrid Lexus RX500h of the latest generation is offered for about 8 million rubles in terms of our money.
