Russian dealers of Mercedes-Benz have started selling the fifth-generation C-Class sedan, pre-orders for which have been accepted since spring. The car is available with a 1.5 HP four-cylinder petrol turbo M 254. which works in conjunction with the 9G-Tronic 9-speed automatic transmission.

In Russia, the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class is available in Sport and Sport Plus trim levels with the optional AMG Line sports package, which includes a suspension lowered by 15 mm, 18-inch wheels of the original design from the AMG sports division, and a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel with touch panels to control the media system and digital dashboard.
The basic equipment of the model includes dual-zone climate control, a multimedia system with an 11.9-inch screen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a rear-view camera, full-diode adaptive matrix headlights, heated front seats and an automatic parking system.
