The Chery Arrizo 5 Plus sedan has already begun to be delivered to Russia using the parallel import system. This car should be officially released in Russia under the Omoda brand.
According to Gazeta.Ru, a dealer from Khabarovsk is offering a 2023 car equipped with a 1.5-liter 116-horsepower naturally aspirated engine, which was valued at 1.7 million rubles.
The car received 17-inch alloy wheels, LED optics, a rain sensor, an electronic parking brake with AutoHold function, a keyless entry system with an engine start button, heated front seats, adaptive cruise control, a multimedia system with a 10.25-inch screen.
We previously reported that Russia has issued a Vehicle Type Approval for the Omoda S5, which will be a clone of the Chery Arrizo 5 Plus. The car will be presented with the same power plant, although a 156-horsepower modification is also available in China.
