The first off-roader Jetour in Russia with the XWD all-wheel drive system from BorgWarner comes out in March 2024

Jetour, the brand, owned by Chery, reported that the off-roader T2, developed taking into account the concept Travel+, will go on sale in Russia in March this year.

Recall, its length is 4785 mm, width — 2006 mm, height — 1880 mm, and wheelbase — 2800 mm. These parameters provide a spacious five-seater salon, and wide front and rear wheels guarantee stability and safety in maneuvers. Short front and rear wheels (892 mm and 1093 mm) provide excellent off-road capabilities, and the steep entry and exit, equal to 28 degrees, allow overcoming fords up to 70 cm deep.

Salon T2 provides leg space on the second row of seats up to 960 mm. Seat height and trunk volume (up to 1494 litres) make the journey comfortable and convenient. The car received a gasoline turbomotor TGDI volume of 2,0 liters, producing power 245 hp. and torque 375 Nm. This off-roader will be the first model of Jetour in Russia, equipped with the system all-wheel drive XWD from BorgWarner sixth generation with intelligent management of torque and differential increased traction (eLSD).

The off-roader is equipped with front suspension with McPherson struts and rear multi-link suspension. The braking system includes front ventilated and rear brake discs. The rod with electrostimulator reacts quickly to the action of the driver. Available to buyers are 19- or 20-inch alloy wheels with tire sizes 255/60 R19 and 255/55 R20.

The car will be available in four colours, including black, mother-of-grey, silver and brown. The interior is offered in three variants: black with red elements, green with orange elements and brown.
