Software company MacPaw has announced that it will soon launch a beta test of its iPhone app store. Its creators also showed screenshots and told us when the release would take place and what the new store would offer iOS users.
Setap’s iPhone mobile app will feature “carefully curated” apps organized by category. All of them will be available by subscription, but the price has not yet been determined.

The store will launch in April. MacPaw product marketing manager Yaroslav Stepanenko told The Verge that prices will be adjusted to standard subscription pricing models. The company already has a similar solution for macOS: for $9.99 per month, users get access to more than 240 third-party applications. The new store will only operate in the EU.
