The specialist noted that pineapples, goji berries and ginger are not able to help in losing weight. There are no more nutrients in them than in the same rosehip. Moreover, the same set of vitamins can be obtained from buckwheat or greens.
The doctor noted that pineapple is considered to be fat burning due to bromelain. It is an enzyme that breaks down low molecular weight arginine-containing protein. But at the same time, it has nothing to do with burning fat in the body. The same can be said for ginger.
